Project Overview
Safe, reliable power for relocated households
KELM delivered a complete distribution system for Project Affected Person houses associated with SOTTA Mining Corporation. The project combined 1.3km of 33kV overhead line, a pole-mounted transformer and approximately 1km of low-voltage distribution.
The programme moved from survey and detailed line layout through construction, utility coordination, testing and final handover within May and June 2025.

Excavated pole pits, erected structures, dressed poles and installed ACSR conductors.
Transformer & LV Network
Installed the pole-mounted transformer and three-phase and single-phase LV distribution.

Installed earthing and protection, coordinated with TANESCO and completed testing and handover.
